It’s ok to not be ok
Apologies for the split infinitive, after several attempts I still couldn’t get it to sound right, but I think you know what I mean… it’s ok if you’re not ok. Mental illness is such a common problem, figures from @mentalhealthfoundation suggest that each week 1 in 6 people experience symptoms of mental illness. Figures from a local GP practice survey a few weeks ago suggested nearly a quarter of GP appointments at the moment are about mental health issues as so many people are struggling through these difficult times.
