    Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

    New Year new aims. I have set myself a new goal for this year and taken on the challenge of walking the Yorkshire three peaks. This is a challenge of nearly 25 miles over 5000 foot half of climbing, taking in the three peaks route. I am absolutely delighted to be doing this in support of St Theresa’s Hospice, Darlington, which provides care for people towards the end of life. I’m also honoured to have been asked to help the St Theresa’s team in supporting the preparation for their three peak challenge events.     What do you like about yourself? The last few weeks I have heard lots of people talk about New Year Resolutions.  However, when we make new year resolutions, often we look for problems that we want to fix. Then we make changes to improve something about ourselves or stop doing something we don’t like.
