Happy shortest day of the year!! The good news is that from today the days start getting longer again, hurrah 😃 Anyone else fed up of the dark? I went out for a walk in the afternoon this weekend and it was getting dark by 3pm. I definitely feel more tired and it’s so much more difficult to get up on these dark mornings. Take a moment to be mindful and think about what went well today. When we think about our day it’s easy to jump to the things that went badly or less well.
