Change
All of these anxieties are a normal part of change, a normal adjustment reaction. But the fact that is normal doesn’t make it easy.
Stress is sneaky
I went for a run today. Those that know me or follow my posts, you might not think that is anything out of the ordinary, as I would usually run 3 or 4 times per week. However, the run I did today was the first time I had been out for just over two weeks, and before that I have only run a couple of times in the last few months. New month, new start… At the beginning of this new month I am very happy and proud to launch my new project – my blog and website! I have been working on putting it together for some time, and I am so excited to finally be able to share it with you!
