Morning quiet time

Morning quiet time.
I really cherish my calm and quiet time in a morning, after I’ve got up, put the coffee on and after the cats are fed, but before the kids are up.
I usually do a mindfulness practice, sometimes I might also do a bit of yoga or stretching, or I might just sit and reflect with my coffee.
It’s a little oasis of time to focus and collect myself for the day before the whirlwind of the day starts.
It’s a very small habit I added to my routine a long time ago, but it makes a big difference to the day.
